Real Estate Manager
- Uphold all principles of confidentiality to the fullest extent.

The Mortgage Collection Specialist will be responsible for collecting mortgage receivables, ensuring accountability of receipts and associated documentation.
- Follow the Financial Policy and Procedures of recording receivables.
- Post incoming payments to borrower accounts in loan servicing software.
- Safeguard of equipment used in processing receivables and funds collected.
- Daily reconciliation of receivables and submission of report for deposit.
- Resolve payment inquires, disputes, or short-pay issues from borrowers.
- Promptly respond to incoming phone calls, email messages, and inquiries from employees and customers, always displaying a proactive approach to customer service and problem resolution.
- Will assist in preparation of all audit functions.
- Participate in orientation, training and other personal and professional development related to assigned responsibilities.
- Will perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- One-three years successful experience in office/data entry duties and responsibilities is required.
- Graduate from a two – year business, accounting, computer science/ technology program is required.
- Technology skills, competencies and proficiencies with Excel, Word and various accounting software, is desired.
- A valid NC Driver’s License is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position is subject to a criminal history background check, and a Motor Vehicle check. Candidates must successfully pass all required background checks in order to qualify for this position.
